Just think, I didn't even know what a blog was until a few days ago! You can have all the credit you want except my credit card! Oh, by the way, I think I found the secret for cabling with no cable needle long ago. It is call "necessity is the mother of invention". I lost my cable needle in the couch once (or twice) and had to finish the row with out the cable needle. Oh and you can cable with a safety pin, stitch holder, and/or toothpick as well, but don't suggest it! All kidding aside, there is always a better, faster way to do things if you want to discover them. I need to see this new hat you are knitting. You are going to have to install the new reply(?) system when you do the instant messaging.

Welcome Ma!

I'm glad you found my blog. Congrats on the hats, that was fast. BTW, you didn't mention in this comment, but the "contrasting yarn" you got was Blue Sky Baby Alpaca, super nice work with.

I'll take you to an LYS, but you have to give me credit for getting you go to go Ewe-Nique Knits!

How come you have never taken your own mom to the knit shop? After all she 'started the whole knitting thing'! Good job on the website and the knitting projects. I just finished the hat I got for Christmas and the one I bought the day after we had dinner! AND I am ready to begin the sweater from 'New Zealand' with contrasting yarn I got in RO. HELP!
