		<description>Oh, pretty!  I gave serious thought to making that for a friend&#039;s daughter in the spring, but I&#039;d picked out yarn in Paris and it was ... not variegated, exactly, but each ply had several different colors.  I actually swatched Reid&#039;s lace, but it was just too complex for the yarn, the lace got lost... which, why bother?  So I found a simpler lace and made a sweater (there&#039;s a photo on Ravelry), but have stowed this pattern in the recesses of my brain just in case...</description>
